Luciano Stanzione is an Aviation Expert Consultant, Pilot, Lawyer, Professor, and Published Author. With over 15 years of experience, his work is recognized worldwide in this field.
His distinguished career includes corporate and airline flying. A focused and passionate commercial pilot with 10+ years of experience, 6+ years as a commercial airline pilot, and over 5 as a very special skilled jet pilot.
In addition to his aviation career, Luciano is a widely respected and sought-after speaker and lecturer specialized in Aviation Rules & Regulations and Safety Procedures.

Since 2006, he has worked as a University Professor at many Institutions and Universities within the framework of Aviation Administration, Aviation Safety, International Law, and Humans Rights Department.

He has been invited to serve as a Jury member on professional and academic projects relating to aeronautical companies, rules and regulations, administration, and safety features, as part of the Aviation Conferences organized by several private and public Training Institutes and Universities. His conferences, papers, and seminars are a landmark in the aviation industry all over the world.

Furthermore, he has spoken and lectured at several conferences and seminars, including the Latin American Panel, International Laws and Regional Treaties (MERCOSUR), Airport Regulation Conferences and was tenured in UAA, UNMDP, and CAMDP.

In addition, he has taken part in regulatory projects for the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and constantly worked on projects within the framework of a national and international collaborative network. He is consistently collaborating with universities, unions, service providers, state transportation agencies, airlines, and the private sector.

His background and expertise allow him to be part of many improvements and adaptations of new systems, regulations, and processes that have the ultimate goal of making public and private transportation efficient, reliable, and safe.

As a result, Stanzione has taken the lead in the aviation industry, having contributed to all of the major changes in South American aviation regulations over the last seven years (for example, 26/2000 and RAAC120, as well as multiple Collective Agreements for aviation workers, crew detection for substance abuse, new structures on rest times and shift limits for transportation workers).

Ever since 2014, he has been working as an advisor and counsel of record for organizations such as ITF (International Transport Workers’ Federation), UALA (Union de Aviadores de Lineas Aereas) AMDTA (Asociación Mutual de Trabajadores Aeronáuticos), IFPA (Instituto de Formación Profesional Aeronáutica), AAA (Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes) and more.
As an author, Stanzione encountered great success. His articles have been published in different languages all over the world, and his books are study material in Universities and specialized forums. Examples of his work are:

Throughout the years and for his achievements, Luciano was honored by multiple educational and aviation institutions for his “Professional Contribution in The Industry And Legislation Improvement” and his “Professional Work In Defense Of Workers Rights”. In addition, he has been distinguished as “Professor Emeritus” and recognized for his “Academic Career and Significant Contribution To The Legal Sciences” within the Aviation Field. His most recent and prestigious appointment was as an Aviation Expert Consultant for the Argentine government’s Transportation Safety Board – JST. He was named an honorary member of Argentina’s Transportation Safety Board (JST) in 2020.

While writing his next book, “Flying in Formation,” Luciano is currently touring the states of California, Oregon, and Florida in the USA, and giving lectures, seminars, and speaking at aviation educational institutions in Europe.
